شیر های سوزنی
یکی از محصولات تولیدی شرکت افق تحول سپاهان در زمینه ابزار دقیق شیرهای سوزنی یا نیدل ولوها هستند. کنترل و هدایت جریان عبوری سیال از درون لوله یا گذرگاه های کنترلی به صورت دقیق و مسدود کردن مسیر سیال عبوری باعث کاربرد بالای این نوع شیر در صنایع نفت و گاز گردیده است. شیر های سوزنی تولیدی این شرکت به دلیل ساختمان ساده و متریال بکار رفته در ساخت آن که معمولا تمام استیل میباشد قابلیت کار در دماهای مختلف را دارد. محدوده سایز نیدل ولوهای تولیدی این شرکت “1/4 تا “1 است.
این نوع شیرها بیشتر در مواردی به کار میروند که نیاز به فشار بالا و دبی عبوری کم باشد و همچنین در مسیرهایی که کار کنترل دبی نیز انجام پذیرد به کار گرفته میشوند.
مکانیزم این نوع شیرها به گونه ای است که جریان پس از ورود به گذرگاه بدنه وارد یک حفره باریک میشود و با یک چرخش 90 درجه ای به نوک سوزن مخروطی شکل هدایت میگردد که با باز کردن شیر، سوزن مخروطی شکل از روی نشیمنگاه خود بلند شده و اجازه عبور سیال را می دهد.
شرکت افق تحول سپاهان با در نظر گرفتن اصول مهندسی در ساخت نیدل ولوها مانند متریال به کار رفته در این نوع شیرها، دما و فشار کاری آن ها و همچنین استاندارد های مربوطه اقدام به تولید این محصول کرده است.
